- With-in 24 hours the webmaster will verify your membership status, and if elligible will grant you acces to the members areas.

- Log onto the web-site from the left-side Navigation bar.
- Click on "Downloads", also located on the left-side Navigation bar.
- Click on "Documents and Forms"
- Download the document.
If you have an account and are logged in and still don't see it.......
- Fill out the feedback form, following the "Feedback" link on the left-side Navigation bar. Include you real name, real e-mail address, and the name you chose to use on this site. Someone will verify your member status and grant you access.
